Exactly like the photos. You have to position it a bit but the thing that holds it in place at the back is flexible so you can make it fit right. I think it also depends on the shape of the ear. Great packaging, easy shipping. Thank you!

Cuff is not perfectly smooth, but I like it. Weighty, slightly bend the ear. It is easy to wear, it holds in motion, but sometimes it shifts when bending-it may be necessary to adjust the clamping. Fit well on the small female ear. On a large one may not sit down.
